Jellied Salad

Combine:
1 pkg Lemon Jello
1 cup boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple (juice included)
2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
1/3 tsp salt

Let stand until dissolved, then whip in:
2/3 cup Miracle Whip
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup shredded carrot
1 small onion (chopped fine)
3 hard boiled eggs - mashed fine

Refrigerate. Delicious!
